Orders placed before 2PM will be dispatched same day, to arrive within 3 working days within the UK, 5 to 7 working days for international.

Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification, including a link to track your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
No, unfortunately once your order has been placed your delivery address cannot be changed.
Missed Delivery
If you miss the first delivery, a second attempt will be made the next working day. If you miss the second delivery it will be stored at the local depot for 18 days, if not collected it will be returned to us, extra charges will apply. If you’d like for us to re-send the parcel, you’ll be required to cover the return cost as well as extra charges.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any cosmetics or nail products.
